Happy New Year to all. Added to Assignment 52 also-- one of my 2010 fvorites
Lisette, on the right, says farewell to 2010 and 52 Weeks for Dogs 2010, and Jake greets the new year 2011, and steps into the 52 weeks limelight for 2011. We were boating on Florida Bay. I love all the horizontals here-- the line of the boat, the horizon line, the cloud line, and then the God's rays barely visible here. The sun is right behind Jake and Lisette, so that I was shooting into the sun, which was behind a cloud.
As always, all critical feedback is very welcome. I'm trying to improve my composition skills and my photography skills (taking and processing). I finally took a curves tutorial and learned more about that in PHotoshop elements.
The challenge for 52 weeks is to show one dog "passing the baton" to the other dog. Lisette has been training Jake how to pose, as an adult, for 52 Weeks For Dogs. He's had puppy experience, but lacks Lisette's professional touch. So here is a whole series, in the comments below thihs photo: www.flickr.com/photos/louiselindsay/5308307925/, of her training touches. And then Ta Da-- Jake does finally pose with her, for a second. The whole time, Lisette sat in a sit stay, knew what to do, patiently waited, and Jake was all over the place. I laughed my head off and had a blast working on this project.
