Pump House

Here's some older film work while I prep the next set of brand new digital work.

This rounded-shaped brick dry dock pump house is one of the oldest buildings in San Francisco, dating from 1867, and has been boarded up for decades. Few San Franciscans know it even exists.

More historic info and dozens of images of the Hunters Point Shipyard can be found on the set page.

Shot April 2004. Night, 100VS chrome film, 4 minutes, f5.6, full moon, sodium and mercury vapor light. Red-gelled strobe-flash.

A little bigger.
