Salmiakki
Salmiakki, a salty liquorice flavoured sweet in the shape of a black diamond. They definitely take some getting used to but I think they are excellent. The salt used to give them extra flavour is ammonium chloride (sal ammoniac in latin), which is where they get their name from.
