Kale as Far as the Eye Can See
Multiple kinds of kale, even.
I wonder if this isn't the easiest and hardiest crop to grow on Long Island? Is kale particularly well suited to the climate? Does it have the longest ripe season of any vegetable ever known? Yeah, I'm afraid so.
