Sylvia Pankhurst Mural @ Bow East London 2018
A beautiful tribute artwork displayed on the wall of the Lord Morpeth Public House in Bow East London. Commemorates the life of Sylvia Pankhurst and the East London Federation of the Suffragettes. A movement started by Sylvia to promote social change also votes for women. She lived here around the beginning of the first world war when times were tough with high unemployment and a bad economy.

It looks like the scissor platform they used as a ladder had a bit of a problem with the soft grass. It must make you a bit nervous painting when you are not sure if the platform is going to tip over..
