poutine, midwestern-style

    Newer Older

gravy, cheese curds and tater tots. Of course traditional poutine is made with french fries. Thus, the tater tots give my version the midwestern twist.

Yes, it's a heart-attack on a plate, but the last time I had poutine was 6 years ago in Windsor.

French-Canadians are crazy about the stuff - you can get it at KFC's throughout Quebec!
