Old Windlass, Point Amour

I know the seawater looks blue and inviting. However, it's usually only ever a notch or two above 0 celsius. The Labrador Strait normally freezes over after January and is blocked with ice up until April or May of each year. Depending upon the wind, it can raft up along the shore 5 to 8 meters high. Of course, when the ice is all gone away, then there's ice bergs all summer long! Unless you're hardy, leave your swimsuit home! :-))
