Ginger Snaps

FOR Hit/Miss/Maybe contributors, I'm looking for advice to help my composition/lighting or any other opinions you wish to give on my photography. I'm not intending on using my photography for commercial purposes, although someday I may make my own blog to help other people with celiacs.

Gluten free cookies, my own recipe. They tasted very good!

Here is my recipe:

butter, softened ¾ cup

granulated sugar 1 cup

egg 1

fancy molasses ½ cup

tapioca flour ½ cup

sorghum flour1 cup

white rice flour1 ½ cups

baking soda 2 tsp

ginger 2 tsp

cinnamon 1 tsp

salt ½ tsp

granulated sugar as much as needed.

Combine flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon and salt. (use a sifter, sorghum is a little lumpy, and it helps mix everything better.) Set aside.

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Add molasses. Slowly mix in dry ingredients. It will get quite stiff.

Preheat oven to 350 F. Shape cookie dough into 1 inch balls, and roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 mins.
