When Penny met Pops

Meet "Penny" and "Pops" the Piping Plovers. Piping Plovers are also known as Charadrius melodus.

Penny was banded the same time Polly was within the same group that year of 2010 in the Grand Island Bahamas. They are the same age.

Penny's bands are a different color than Polly's. Penny has blue and red on her right leg, as Polly has light green and white.

Penny and Pops are on their second clutch. She has laid three eggs.
