What a great visualization of what must be a very daunting journey...keep the faith that all will turn out well and that your body will heal itself in due time.

      Thank you for sharing.

Wow Lisa. What an amazing work of art that speaks bounds. Was sad to see some of your experiences with intamacy have been horrifying. I pray that God gives you the beautiful experience you are supposed to have and that your body heals quickly (especially your hormone levels).
But good for you to put your frustrations, hurts, etc. into a piece of artwork... the mark of a true artist. And I agree, so many will stand on that mountain top and laugh with you, but will run the other way when longsuffering appears into the scene. Rest assured, that not everyone is like that. :)

I was playing internet hop scotch clicking from link to link, checking out a lot of amazing art, and this page stopped me dead in my tracks. After looking at your blog and work and words and everything, I am in awe of not only your talent, but your bravery. Thank you for being such an inspiration.
