My family was away for the week, so that was the perfect moment for me to bake some goods! I tried new things this week. These are raspberry and pink peppercorn macarons. I was inspired by Cannelle et Vanille recipes to do it. It's impossible to find freeze-dried raspberry powder here, that's why I had to improvise a little. I replaced it with food colouring and changed the ganache for raspberry jam instead. You should definitely try it! I also baked a peach and pistachio pie, but I didn't have time to take a few snaps.. Maybe next time!
