I Can See Forever

Here is the view from below.

The Niagara Escarpment winds over 725 km from Niagara Falls, in the south, to Tobermory, at the tip of the Bruce peninsula. It was created over 400 million years ago when when a vast tropical sea covered much of North America. The erosive power of pre-glacial rivers and glacial meltwaters sculpted this limestone masterpiece.

Today it is a World Biosphere site and has over 100 parks connected by the Bruce Trail, Ontario's longest footpath.

This is Rattlesnake Point in Milton, in the Halton Region. In the distance, you can see Lake Ontario.
