      All you need is Holographium for iPhone / iPad and a decent camera which can take a long exposure photograph. In this pic he used the after-curtain flash (a flash happening at the end of the long exposure to make the environment sharp). Basically this burns in the scene while the long exposure burns in the outcome of Holographium. The process is described here: holographium.com
