Agios Raphael, Pachyammos

Finally having a look through my photos from our trip to Cyprus last month.

This is the beautiful St Raphael church at Pachyammos. I took this from the road above- it's not possible to photograph it from this angle without getting the big fat tree, or the tall skinny tree right in front. So I thought I'd have a bit of both :)

Cyprus is a great place to visit this time of year, it's warm but not too hot, all the wild flowers are out and it's peaceful as the 'season' hasn't really started yet. I'd highly recommend it. It gets a bit parched and very touristy in summer.

I debated whether to crop off the white clouds at the top but I went back and forward with it so many times I got sick of looking at it. I think it looked a little crowded without the big sky so I left it in the end.

Wishing everyone a fabulous weekend :)
