South Beach Diet Phase 1: Foods To Avoid
The hardest part... first 2 weeks avoiding all of these!
Some of these are obvious...
Starches and Carbs (bye bye bread, cereals, rice, pasta, pastry and baked goods, boo!)
Beef (brisket, liver, rib steaks, other fatty cuts)
Poultry (chicken, duck, goose, poultry products-processed)
Cheese (brie, edam, nonreduced fat)
Vegetables (would you believe it! Corn, Potatoes [white,sweet], Yams)
Dairy (yogurt, ice cream, milk)
Fruits (the HARDEST part to cut out, at least for the first 2 weeks)
Miscellaneous... alcohol of any kind :(
