Rains a Comin

I’m not sure but I think this is Bok Choy. This farm is about ten minutes from my house in Edna Valley. They grow giant pumpkins (100 + lbs) in the Fall. Unfortunately we only got about 0.2 inches out of this storm.

 

California is often considered the “salad bowl” to the nation mostly because the mild weather and rich soil of the Salinas Valley allows for multiple crops each year.
