After the Scottish trip over Christmas I'd lost all interest in photography, at times I was stood in stunning locations with some great light and just felt numb and wondering what the hell I was doing there...
Then a trip out camping at Alport Castles with only my phone and Mavic to record the scene, I realised I really could do with a lighter camera..
I pondered over a few makes and models and stumped for the EOS M6, relatively cheap, small and light plus a UI that I'm familiar with, sure its no match for the 5D4 etc but what the hell.
I have to admit I am struggling with manual focus, but exposure, DR and colours are top notch, as you'd expect from Canon.
