    Used to frequent a sushi place in Seattle which occasionaly used fiddlehead ferns in their creations. First place I'd encountered them...

    Hmm, I've only ever seen dried or prepared fiddlehead. It's used in Korean Cooking, yummy!

    I picked fiddleheads that where growing in a shady spot on the bank of the Battenkill in West Arlington Vermont and sauted them with a little butter. They where delicious!

    morels are delicious as you can see they are way more expensive than fillet mignon,i prefer morels .we prepare ours with catfish batter and they are delicious a way for vegans to enjoy meat.
