This is Carol M. Highsmith checking in. I am honored to be featured on Flickr and proud to be associated with the Library of Congress Prints and Photographs Division.
They allowed me to go into the beautiful Thomas Jefferson Building and showcase the art all over the walls. It took me two years working mainly on Sundays to accomplish the task. I still have work to do in there. I think it is the most beautiful building in America...but I am prejudiced.
