This lady has several names and titles. The print on the top of the photo, it appears to identify this as Princess Stephanie of Belgium: here is her bio:
      en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Princess_St%c3%a9phanie_of_Belgium

According to this her husband gave her venereal disease and he later committed suicide with his mistress ("Mayerling" incident). Stephanie later married a Hungarian, Count Lonyay or Lonyai, so she was Countess Lonyay too.

Thanks! We'll update the source data with her name (and date on the photo) and reload the description.
