Mrs. Margaret Howe holds the emblem representing the Oregon delegation at a women's suffrage parade in 1913 in Washington DC. (Note the NA banner hanging on the building. NA was the National American Women's Suffrage Association). At this march/ parade, the women held banners representing states that already had women's suffrage. Oregon women obtained the right to vote in 1912.
