Doritaenopsis (pronounced doh-RYE-ten-OPP-sis and usually shortened to Dtps.) is a manmade intergeneric hybrid between Doritis and a Phalaenopsis.

They are generally very easy to grow and flower under similar conditions as required by both its parents. Best in a bright, humid spot with good air movement.

Keep them evenly moist and fertilize regularly when actively growing. They like to kept warm in winter (above 12-14C) in winter but will tolerate cooler.

Juried and accepted for display at the "Winter's Garden" from Jan 19 to Feb 25, 2007, at the Riverfront Arts Center in Stevens Point, WI.
