Blue's Point - Sydney Harbour Bridge
Welcome to the view at Blue's Point in North Sydney (Australia), highly recommended location for relaxing, stargazing, having a picnic, doing yoga or practicing the jedi powers of photography.
I found the challenge in this shot to level out the massive exposure difference between Luna Park (on the left) and the rest of the scene. It could be done more efficiently if multiple photos were bracketed and blended to cut down the light from Luna Park, however I wanted to see how I could go with just processing this as 1 photo.
After ushering the photo into Lightroom I rejigged the shadows, blacks, highlights and whites. I wanted to give the scene a colder feel, so before the photo had time to move, I hit it up with a colder white balance. I then exported this mean image to Photoshop where I changed up some of the colours using the selective colour tool. I then blessed this photo with noise reduction, rid its impurities away with the clone stamp / spot healing brush tool before sending it on its way here.
Hope you like this one and as always, thanks for all your support!!
