MODifications for 2019
Exterior:
- Roof - magenta Asian-influence, rather than dark blue with angled windows
- Lanterns - hung for the Lunar New Year celebration
- Kitchen module brought forward 4 studs to accommodate master bedroom on top level, instead of rooftop patio
- Added glass where open column area, now can see fully inside kitchen window
- Extended front yard
- Partial fence in a style more in keeping with house style
- Tiled railing of Balcony
- Tree - Wishing Tree instead of small potted tree
- Since Emma has a cat named Chico now, the bird and frog have gone missing ...

- Extended Kitchen
- Changed sink and stove area
- Changed chairs and Table size and top
- With extra space in Emma's Bedroom, added spot for Chico at window, painting area, and dresser
- Changed out one sliding door for shoji screen
- Updated bed and comforter
- Master Bedroom and Bath for her parents
