Our House in a Solar Storm

A coronal mass ejection (CME) hit Earth's magnetic field on March 10th around 0630 UT. The impact, albeit weak, did provoke geomagnetic activity around the poles. Of course, in Fairbanks this means that we had great auroral displays over our home. I can't wait until next spring (even though that means we have to go through winter again).
