    India Paint eggplant, avocado squash, patty pan squash, NJ beefsteak tomatoes, green heirloom tomatoes and I can't remember the 3rd tomato - it's the big red one with the stem. I just sliced the non-tomatoes, brushed with olive oil and grilled them with salt and pepper. Then drizzled with balsamic vinegar before eating.
