Hoppy was the first mega star on television, and this was his last
      world tour in 1952.
He was unbelievably popular, and at the time-
Hoppy Mania covered the entire United States and abroad, and even
with rock concert technology, I don't believe it has been topped
      to this day.
It was a wonderful experience to have been alive at the time.

The kids back then sure had some great guys to look up to, like Hoppy & Roy Rogers. Who do they have now rappers and drugged/drunk actors.
