Crimped and Egg-washed
Every single one crimped by hand. And then egg-washed with a q-tip. So that we can get egg in all the grooves.
The following is a true story.
"Your crimps too shallow. They look ugly like last year's."
Two minutes later.
"Your crimps are too fat. They should look more delicate."
I started my crimping career at 6 (starting with kueh bangkit). Fast forward 30 years, I am still not good enough.
