Whitehorse Falls

We did a long weekend/mini vacation in Crater Lake this weekend. It snowed for two days before our arrival. The first day all roads were closed, so we were limited to the Rim Village. The snow made for good opportunities. The second day the west drive was open, but we couldnt hike any of the trails, so we continued out of the park and followed Route 138 towards Roseburg. We hiked to several of the waterfalls. We hoped the East Rim Drive would open the next day, but no luck. Rain and fog. You couldnt even see the lake. We changed directions and headed home via the coast. We ran into a herd of elk. Late afternoon, overcast, drizzly, lousy lighting conditions. 10000 ISO to the rescue!!!!
