A vertical two-shot stiched pano.
Just about killed myself scrambling down the steep hillside to get into position to take this series of shots but it was worth it. I had admired photos of Bonsai Rock just south of Incline Village in Lake Tahoe. The big surprise is that the "rock" is about the size of a VW and the trees are just tiny stumps. So what you see is actually an optical illusion. Nonetheless the light was amazing though it faded quickly, from blazing to purple to twilight.
I took my time walking back uphill (make sure you have a flashlight) but it was worth knowing I had gotten the money shot.
