Beef! It's What's For Dinner: Finally, Not Well Done
I tend to overcook my meat. A lot. It has to do with the fact that I like to overcook it, thanks to paranoia about parasites and germs and the such. Plus, I lack the experience to cook my meat any other way.
Today was a pleasant suprise because I used advice given to me on flickr (Is there anything flickr can't do?), and it actually came out nice and medium rare.
Steak = yum!
