dark chocolate espresso brownie

Inspired (somewhat obviously) by Donna Hay's Flavors book. I started with her chocolate brownie recipe, but used dark chocolate cocoa instead of regular. Then, for good measure, I threw in a shot of espresso (leaving out one of the 4 egg yolks).


These brownies are cakier than others I've had, but very delicious.
