A Little Zig

Newer Older

Made a quick visit to Little Zig Zag Falls the other day. Beautiful falls, I wish the river was flowing a tad more to create a bit more cascades, but I got what I got ;-) Happy Waterfall Wednesday to everyone!!

I enjoy these smaller falls a bit more then the huge grand ones. You can move about these places and just take your time. Well done Lance!

Yeah I agree Lance. It seems this falls has been lacking a little water this year and I'm not sure why. You would think with all the wet weather and snow it would be higher. Having said that....you still came away with a beautiful shot. Have you ever hiked above the falls before?

A couple nice little comps and then the creek tends to really narrow up. There is a slight seasonal or so waterfall that comes in from the side. Next time your up there have a look. Its a neat area if nothing else.

Great shots, I really like how the exposure is so well controlled in these. Beautiful greens, I like the murky colors in the pool too.
