A new pizza place in London with a twist. The guys who set it up worked in the Portland, Oregon (USA) pizza restaurant Dove Vivi which, as you can read about on their website, is the third restaurant on the West Coast of the US to have adopted pizzas with cornmeal in the crust (the other two being Vicolo in San Francisco and Zelo in LA). The crusts at Otto, from what I could make, out were made from flour, olive oil and cornmeal, though I don't know the particular brands/suppliers and/or proportions. It made for an interesting & enjoyable afternoon snack.
