101524 - Confined Space Fire in Culver City

At 1:45PM on October 15, 2024 the Los Angeles City Fire Department responded to a request for automatic aid to assist Culver City Fire Department with a fire in a confined space underneath the 405 freeway.

LAFD Urban Search and Rescue Task Force used specialized confined space entry equipment to ensure ventilation flow through the space and conducted a search to ensure no victims were in the space and the fire was fully extinguished.
