SEPULVEDA BASIN - LAFD responded to a brush fire in the Sepulveda Basin near the intersection of Victory Boulevard and Balboa Boulevard at 12:31 PM on September 10, 2024. Seventy-three firefighters battled flames in light-to-medium brush for 84 minutes before declaring all forward progress stopped. Thankfully, there were no reports of injuries or structures damaged. Cause under investigation.
