080524 - Sun Valley Commercial Fire

At 9:55pm on August 5, 2024, the Los Angeles City Fire Department responded to the 8200 block of N Lankershim Bl for a reported structure fire. Firefighters arrived to find a one story, commercial building (approximately 75' x 50') with moderate smoke showing from the roof. Firefighters performed forcible entry to access fire within the structure and achieved knockdown in 22 minutes with no injuries reported.
