042222 - Litter Basket Operation in Van Nuys

At 9:10PM on April 22, 2022 the Los Angeles City Fire Department responded to the 7900 block of N Sepulveda BL in Van Nuys for reports of a person injured on raised train tracks.
Firefighters located an adult female patient with non-life threatening injuries.
Due to the location, crews conducted a litter basket operation to safely bring the patient down for ambulance transport.
