LAFD Makes Quick Work of Greater Alarm Fire in Vacant NoHo Building

NORTH HOLLYWOOD - It took 79 members of the Los Angeles Fire Department less than 45 minutes of defensive operations to extinguish heavy fire in a vacant and boarded 100' x 100' one-story commercial building among a row of largely vacant structures in the 6200 block of Laurel Canyon Boulevard late January 7, 2022. The non-injury fire was prevented from breaching a division wall that protected a nearby commercial gymnasium.
