The Lady of Juneau and me.

Patsy Ann was a well-loved dog who lived in Juneau. Despite being deaf, she was well-known for meeting ships as they came to dock, even if they were redirected to a dock that they weren't scheduled to be at. She was taken care of and loved by many people, and after she passed the city of Juneau created this statue in her honour.
