Vegan mushroom soup

[EN] Sauté mushrooms (200gr per serving). Add water (2 glasses per serving) and salt. Boil for 20-30 min. Mix. Add a splash of oats cream. Serve.

 

[ES] Sofreir champiñones cortados (200gr. por persona). Añadir agua (dos vasos por persona) y sal. Hervir de 20 min a media hora. Batir. Añadir un chorrito de crema de avena. Servir.
