Hummus

[EN] Just put together at the mixer at your taste the boiled chickpeas, olive oil, water, salt, cumin, lemon juice and capsicum powder (pimentón picante). You decide whether to add garlic as well.

 

TIPS: Use dried chickpeas, not only are they healthier then canned ones, but also so cheaper, so you can afford the organic ones. Just remember lo soak them minimum for 6 hours before boiling them. A good idea is to leave them in water for the night. They take some time to boil, so I would recommend using a pressure cooker to reduce time (20 min.).
