Widowed lentils with german bread - Lentejas viudas con pan alemán

[EN] Cut potato, carrot and onion. Boil together with celery and the dried lentis (if they are not "pardinas" you'll have to soak them at least 6 hours), bay laurel, thyme and salt.

 

This is a poor traditional Spanish dish, they call them "widowed" because they don't contain meat.
