The Oconaluftee River

The Oconaluftee River flows down the North Carolina side of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It's a beautiful waterway consisting of countless cascades and rapids. I probably could have spent an entire morning shooting along the river, but with lots of places to see and things to do, I settled for a few quick snaps on the first evening we arrived in the park.

Interesting information about the Oconaluftee River.
