Italian Baked Chicken and Pastina (Adam's Choice)

I finally got around to preparing the final recipe choice my husband made. I suppose I had been mentally delaying it because I'm just not a fan of casseroles. Adam loves casseroles -- the more canned soup, cheese and packaged stuffing - the better!


However, this casserole was surprisingly tasty. It came from Giada de Laurentiis, so I shouldn't be totally amazed that it was good. The tomatoes gave it a nice fresh taste and the breadcrumb/parmesan topping was delicious.
