I went to Machu Picchu today! It was so breaktaking, we left around 5 in the morning, and stayed for almost 12 hours. After 2 or 3pm most people left so they could return to Cuzco by night, so it was nice to explore the ruins without as many people around! You can barely see the ruins in this photo, but oh well haha
When I first announced my trip, Trini gave me so much helpful advice on where to go, what to bring etc, since she is very familiar with the area. She also suggested I do a levitation photo at Machu Picchu, and I thought it was a great idea! If you aren´t familiar with her photos you should definitely check them out, her dark art photography is gorgeous!

omg Kyle....you DID IT!! you made it to the lost city of the Incas :D!!!!!
AND you did the levitation pic!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!! so tell me....was it worth the trip or WHAT! Isn't it magical? I'm sure you felt it..which is why I knew a levitation pic was perfect for this location. not to mention you are the first to do it. Love the title and your majestic pose, the rock beneath your feet mimicking Huayna picchu mtn behind you, your crown made of stone, the incredible use of focusing as it is in all your pics, and the sun shining that beautiful golden color upon the inca ruins behind you. I got very emotional seeing your pic, I was so much looking forward to this. thank you so much Kyle for taking this pic and for mentioning me in your description. I have to share this one on my fb timeline so all my family in Peru can enjoy it.

I'm just dying at the fact that you were even at Machu Picchu, never mind taking an ace photo while you were there. The jump/levitation looks amazing - such a fitting pose and title for a place of such great history and stature.
