I wanted to try to give this a 1940s/50s feel, I've been wanting to take a photo with this tank for a little while now, and was finally able to since I had no work.

    Ask me anything!

When the Gis came to france in 1944, they left a strong impression, with their lucky strike cigarettes (and bubble gums.), distribuing some to the local population. I really like this picture!

This is amazing! What is really crazy is that I've been super obsessed with the WW2 era lately. Reading, watching documentaries. I so appreciate this one!! :)

Thanks so much for the comments every one!
      Thanks! And thats really interesting!
Haha, the guy who created the Chicago Tribune collected tanks from world war 2, and when he died he put in his will that his estate should be open for the public, so they have a big park with tanks in it. I remember I used to go here when I was a kid and climb on the tanks haha. But I've actually driven by other places around chicago with real WW2 tanks on display. Not sure why theres so many in the Chicago area.
