Lampropeltis getula holbrooki (Speckled Kingsnake)

While driving down a main interstate, intending to hunt snakes elsewhere this year, I spied a large board a few yards off the road. I couldn't pass up the chance to flip it, so I turned the car around and came back to it.
This was the first snake I've found in this county, under the only board I'd ever flipped here. With very large speckles, this was a very neat kingsnake to see.
