It’s made from a half pound of freshly ground Tallgrass Beef and served bunless, topped with a flavorful bleu cheese crust and accompanied by grilled tomato slices and potato wedges. If you prefer your burger with a bun, simply ask for it--it’s baked in-house and delicious.
