National Poster Competition
Community based volunteers and HIV Peer Educators led creative workshops focused on fighting HIV/AIDS related stigma and discrimination through visual arts to youth in 25 districts during summer 2014. Hundreds of youth across the country created posters that were featured in local level art exhibitions and competitions, in which community-members selected the two best posters to represent their district at a National Championship competition. With a focus on promoting community participation and engagement on issues of HIV through the arts, two National Winners’ posters have been reproduced for distribution and public display throughout the country.
